End of Year & Start of Year (2 Sessions)
In this session we will cover the End of Year Processes, including preparing your data, running the EOY Validation, correcting errors, exporting data that will be removed as part of the EOY Process, and printing reports for safekeeping.
In this session we will also cover Start of Year tasks to be done once rollover to the new year is complete, including how to set up school calendars, copy and revise the Master Schedule, audit attendance settings, prepare for grading, and ready your SIS for public rollout. We will also cover student data checks and mass-registering students in classes. A model task checklist will be reviewed and shared.
The 2 session dates are 6/2 and 6/4.
Cost: $180 per attendee.
PAYMENT: A PO for the amount of the training session should be made out to Marcia Brenner Associates and emailed to accounting@mba-link.com to confirm seating. Please be sure to include the email address to send invoices to when completing the registration form. International schools are subject to a $30 fee.
TERMS OF REGISTRATION: Cancellation Policy – Registrant shall pay a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Webinar Cost and any processing fees if registrant cancels less than five (5) business days before the occurrence of any webinar. “No Shows” for webinars will be charged the full class fee plus any service fees.
