Spreadsheets 101 – Formatting and Formulas (2 Sessions)
Designed for registrars, counselors, and administrators who are not yet familiar with spreadsheets, this two-session series will build knowledge, experience, and confidence in Excel’s interface and key features. You’ll practice importing data into spreadsheets and formatting cells to display dates, credits, and text labels correctly. Learn to concatenate first and last names for mail merges and use Auto Fill to generate series of dates or IDs. Tackle basic calculations with AutoSum and Count, and sort/filter techniques to segment your student data by term or demographics. By the end, you’ll have a solid grasp of how to review and maintain clean, reliable spreadsheets.
The 2 session dates are 9/15 and 9/17.
Cost: $198 per attendee.
PAYMENT: A PO for the amount of the training session should be made out to Marcia Brenner Associates and emailed to accounting@mba-link.com to confirm seating. Please be sure to include the email address to send invoices to when completing the registration form. International schools are subject to a $30 fee.
TERMS OF REGISTRATION: Cancellation Policy – Registrant shall pay a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Webinar Cost and any processing fees if registrant cancels less than five (5) business days before the occurrence of any webinar. “No Shows” for webinars will be charged the full class fee plus any service fees.
