Student Contacts: Managing Associations and Accounts

Master the details of managing Contact associations with students, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records and functional Parent/Guardian PowerSchool access.
The session will cover how to prevent and consolidate duplicate Contact records; the implications of deleting information versus maintaining history; how to manage shifting guardian flags and access; and the uses for contact notes. Understand how parent/guardian PowerSchool access accounts relate to Contacts, and how to create and troubleshoot them. Privacy and no-contact concerns will also be addressed, providing participants with the knowledge to handle sensitive information responsibly.

Cost: $99 per attendee.

TERMS OF REGISTRATION: Cancellation Policy – Registrant shall pay a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Webinar Cost and any processing fees if registrant cancels less than five (5) business days before the occurrence of any webinar. “No Shows” for webinars will be charged the full class fee plus any service fees.
